Shipping and Returns


All Ginjo Beauty items ship in 1-3 business days and will arrive accordingly depending on your location within the U.S.


To minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, your order will arrive in an environmentally friendly shipping box.


We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund, there must be a record of sale.

  • Items must be returned within 15 days.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must not be altered or damaged.
  • Items safety seal must be intact and unaltered.
  • Customer will be responsible for item(s) restocking fee.


If your purchase was made with a PayPal account, your refund will be made to the credit or debit card associated with the PayPal account. If the original form of payment was a PayPal line of credit, the refund will be issued as a Ginjo Beauty store credit.


Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label.

  • If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
  • We cannot refund shipping charges.
  • Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we'll provide.
  • We'll automatically deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
